Most Boxing, MMA, K1, Kickboxing events are not only focusing on the bouts and match-ups. It’s also about the show too. This is where we at BoxingDJ.co.uk come into effect and offering a great service for those shows that don’t have a massive budget or massive venues to house a full professional production company.
Our walk-out entranceways can be set on a floor, sat on a stage and even can cover a doorway where the fighters will be coming out from.
We have the experience to ensure that your show runs smooth and you know you don’t have to worry about this side of the show

- 3mtr trussing for behind (can hang a 3mtr x 2mtr custom banner) or our led backdrop
- Haze Machine, can be used in most venues as only emits a small amount of water-based haze.

LOW-COST SOLUTIONS – OUR BOXING MMA DJ – FIGHT SHOW PACKAGE
2 X 1100watt speakers (£100 for an extra 2 x 2000watt speakers) this is for up-to around 1500 people.
2 X high-quality wireless microphones

1 X 4.5mtr truss
2 X black curtains ( max of 3mtrs each – so we can cover a staging area of up to 10mtrs )
1 X rear star cloth or banner if using a stage( bring your own 2mtr X 2mtr or buy from us for £100, we can design it too free! )
2 X 7ft X 2ft fight night banners ( or have your own designed and made for £60 )

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 HOUR SHOW – ADDITIONAL TIME IS CHARGED AT £30 PER HOUR. (EXAMPLE – DOORS OPEN 5.30PM, SHOW 6PM – 11PM = £PRICE for 5 hours OR DOORS OPEN AT 3.30PM, SHOW STARTS AT 4PM – 12AM = £PRICE for 8 hours) – These prices are based on events within 10 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne, we do travel all over the UK, additional mileage charges will be added for venues outside this area.
We need a minimum of 2 and half hours to set up and an hour to take down, fighters must supply their own music, or a list given to me by the promoter at least 3 days before the event. We will play background music throughout the show and in between rounds if required.
Terms: & conditions: Please note that all with all bookings, a booking form must be completed, £50 deposit paid and the remaining balance must be paid before the show starts. There are no exceptions to this rule. Walk-out music (song, artist, remix details, etc) to be supplied a week before the event in a list format or via memory pen/stick/card before the first fight. If this is not supplied, we can not guarantee to have the fighters choice of music, we will not be able to download tracks, plug in phones or use youtube or SoundCloud. Any damage to any equipment during the event, the promoter agrees to cover any costs to repair or replace (new for old).
