1.. Only when the deposit is paid and confirmed is the booking confirmed

2.. Access to the Venue and setup area must be clear of obstruction

3.. Any additional parking charges, and permits must be paid for by the promoter

4.. Overtime charge of £50 per hour or part of will be paid by the promoter

5.. Any damages to the equipment, vehicles, or DJs' personal belongings caused by staff, teams, guests, or management will be paid for on a like-for-like basis within 7 days of the event.

6.. Any abuse, violence, or threats of violence to the DJ or any member of his team, will not be tolerated and the service will be terminated immediately until the threat is removed.

7.. Full Payment will be made prior to the event starting, if the event gets cancelled within 14 days then full payment must be made.
